Following are the registration procedures:
a) Complete the Entry Form (Page 30 or 31).
b) Competitors may choose to participate in any number of categories, but are limited to one entry per category.
c) Submit a separate Ingredients / Method Card (Page 33 or 34) for each entry.
d) Entry forms sent by email must be followed by payment of participant fees within 3 days.
e) Hotels or catering establishments sending a large group of competitors can write to the organiser separately, giving names and selected classes. Due to the limited slots available, the organisers reserve the right to limit the number of participants per establishment.
f) The organiser reserves the right to limit the number of entries in any class and this will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.
g) Together with the Entry Form(s) and the ingredients/ Method Card(s) you must send the entry fee(s). Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash. For details see “Entry Information” page 29.
h) Cancellation by the participant 14 days or less before the competition will forfeit the registration fee.
(The Salon Culinaire Hanoi is an non profit organization and cannot issue official red invoices (VAT invoices) – only recipets will be issued for money received).
