Vietnam’s tourism towards the West to welcome a billion visitors market

When the source of tourists from traditional markets is still “frozen”, many localities look to the country of billions of people in India as a solution to help fill the shortage of international visitors for domestic tourism.

Major tourist centers have kicked off the race to attract Indian tourists by promoting the market, opening a series of direct flights, and building restaurant-hotel infrastructure to serve tourists.

More flights, more tourists

This year October, a direct flight connecting Da Nang with two of India’s leading cities, New Delhi and Mumbai, was inaugurated by Vietjet Air.

This airline plans to continue to open more direct flights from Da Nang to Ahmedabad in December 2022. Thus, up to now, many major tourist centers in the country have had direct flights to this country of billions of people such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Phu Quoc (Kien Giang).

Present on the first direct flight from Da Nang to New Delhi, Mr. Kara Wadhera, a businessman who owns two businesses in India, could not hide his excitement when shortening the journey.

In the past, Mr. Kara Wadhera has visited Da Nang many times via transit flights in Ho Chi Minh City.

“I am delighted that there are now numerous connecting flights available from New Delhi to Vietnam. My colleagues and I have a wonderful opportunity to travel to Da Nang for business and sightseeing now that more direct flights between New Delhi and Da Nang are available. We have enjoyed several cruises, entertainment services, and other interesting things in this city, which is a fantastic travel destination. I am therefore thrilled to advise my friends and family in New Delhi to visit Da Nang. I believe that other cities than Da Nang are fantastic travel destinations for our people as well!”, Mr. Kara Wadhera shared.
